Key Responsibilities:
As an Evening Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers through live chat on various websites and social media platforms
- Addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and offering links to purchases and discounts
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to improve processes and procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Compensation and Contract:
* Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
- Flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as many or as few hours as you prefer

Requirements:
* Access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Independent working ability with a strong adherence to detailed instructions
- Minimum of 5 hours availability per week

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
Working Hours:
* Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
