Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Sales and Digital Department as a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and partners across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. You'll also be working closely with our internal teams to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
