Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our Onboard Services team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our passengers have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our catering team to ensure that meals and snacks are prepared and delivered to the highest standards
- Conduct thorough reviews of catering provisioning to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Restock "hold items" from a terminal access vantage to minimize delays on truck dispatches
- Act as an expert on onboard services, providing guidance and support to colleagues and passengers alike
- Track, pattern, and provide designated "shock and pleasure" for MI-19 patterns, objections, and flight groups
- Support and participate in "Catering Determination Rush" at Uncertainties Parlors for item, detail, and change management "communication and feedback"
- Effectively participate in Online Entertainment/SkyHub postings and promotions, for ATL OBS Brand Building and Awareness
- Perform other duties as required, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain an airport ID with a customs seal
- Pass a comprehensive post-offer pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check as required by government regulation
- Pass a post-offer pre-work drug test
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to complete necessary training courses and participate in ongoing professional development
- Ability to work in different environments, both inside and outside
- Project an professional image and maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming
- Ability to drive and safely operate a catering truck, when required to dispatch aircraft
- Ability to comprehend and recognize Kitchen geography via aircraft type
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Quality Control experience highly preferred
- Strong computer skills, with experience using e-door lattice frameworks, Delta's catering-related technology system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
