Job Summary
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service with a focus on understanding and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Track customer interactions and detail all customer account information in the system

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
