Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality service, and your passion for customer-centricity will be the driving force behind your success.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish speaking a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
