Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Operator to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Idaho

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
• Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM)
• Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

• Gaming experience
• Previous experience in a chat or customer support role
