Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency

  • Perform other duties as designated by management

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, as we're willing to train the right candidate

  • Exceptional social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to translate and use company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
