Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced analysis and insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping: Develop data-driven roadmaps to identify opportunities for channel improvement and optimize business processes.
- A/B testing improvement: Champion the use of data-driven approaches to optimize testing processes and improve channel performance.
- Data mastery: Serve as the primary resource for marketing data analysis, providing expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Performance reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track channel performance, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Data visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
- 3+ years of experience in a data-intensive role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, including high-level SQL and Google Sheets/Excel use.
- Familiarity with Python programming language is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
