Job Overview
As an experienced Chemistry Tutor with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and skill levels, providing one-on-one instruction and support in the field of chemistry. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, adapting to different learning styles, and encouraging students to excel beyond expectations. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, one-on-one tutoring in chemistry to students of all ages and skill levels
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles
- Adapt to different teaching methods and technologies to ensure effective instruction
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular session reports to arenaflex
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and arenaflex staff to ensure seamless support
- Follow up with office staff to ensure timely payment and enrollment package management
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
- Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
- Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
- Ability to prepare accordingly for each tutoring session (lesson plan)
- Having a personality that is suited for different types of students
- Strong administration skills
- Strong typing, PC and recording skills
- Having reliable transportation with current car insurance is a must
- Access to the internet, a computer, and a smart phone
