Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced ROI Data Entry Administrator to join our team, responsible for retrieving and logging medical records requests into our ROI system. As a key member of our medical records management team, you'll ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility guidelines, while maintaining effective communication with team members and clients. Responsibilities

As an ROI Data Entry Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

• Retrieving and logging medical records requests into our ROI system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and facility guidelines
• Processing client requests efficiently, maintaining effective communication with team members and clients to resolve issues
• Making decisions about specific record components to release or make available, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Reviewing and applying HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance with privacy statutes
• Performing other duties as assigned, including determining records to be released, completing release of information requests, and electronically transmitting medical records
• Working within the scope of your position and direction, accepting additional tasks as needed
• Recording hours utilizing proper class codes and activity codes in our electronic time-keeping system
• Adhering to productivity standards for each client's work as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic data systems
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and independently in high-volume production environments
• Experience retrieving information from computer databases is a plus
• Dependable with good organizational skills and a positive attitude

• College course or degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, medical records management)
