Key Responsibilities:

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers across a variety of industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic typing skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

Application and Certification Process:

To become an experienced customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join our team
  • Pass a background and credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required)
  • Sign an independent contractor agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements:

Some programs may require independent contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility.

Availability:

As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have the opportunity to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.
