Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Account Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and account management to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support and solutions to customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Resolving complex account inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and account management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, Internet, and internal programs
  • Reliable high-speed Internet service and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
  • Ability to work from home with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays (Sundays off)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service or account management
  • Familiarity with vacation ownership or hospitality industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
