Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a wide range of data entry tasks, including but not limited to, patient registration, prescription filling, and inventory management
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient data, as well as maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and integrity of patient data
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
