Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Evening Shift team as a Customer Success Associate. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer interactions via telephone, email, and chat in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day
  • Collaborating with colleagues to build a successful brand and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer interactions during scheduled shifts in a friendly and relatable manner

  • Exercise decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fashion, and culture to provide informed and engaging customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role

  • Access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
  • Passion for and understanding of arenaflex brands, customers, and products

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
