Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Providing accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
  • Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
  • Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data entry and documentation
