Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving processes, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis, and present findings
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and other technical teams
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and managing large datasets with SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders and teams

• Experience in technical program management, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms, such as AWS or Azure
