Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Homer, US. As a key member of our data operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, driving business insights, and informing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of data entry specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality data entry and processing.

• Develop and implement efficient data entry processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and arenaflex's data quality policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT specialists, to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and reporting structures to support business insights and analytics.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of data assets and reporting systems, working closely with data engineers and IT teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their relevance and potential impact on arenaflex's data operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data entry processes, reporting plans, and data models, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience (5+ years) in data entry, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and data management principles.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R), data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience working with large datasets, high-volume data streams, and complex data models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvement and implement industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the retail industry, with a strong understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and market trends.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, and experience creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data management best practices.
• Experience with data engineering tools, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data security, data privacy, and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $230,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
