Job Summary

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative chat platform. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, contractors, and business partners, ensuring that every interaction is professional, businesslike, and tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound chat sessions, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in accordance with our policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and contractors, providing clear and concise information to ensure a seamless experience
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned, including contributing to team projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in chat platforms and software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Customer service experience and/or training, with a passion for delivering outstanding service

Preferred Skills

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience working in a remote or chat-based environment
  • Familiarity with our Streem technology and chat platform
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, contractors, and business partners
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Essential Functions

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you'll be required to:

  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Be able to participate in video calls as required during working hours
  • Maintain a professional and businesslike demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
