Key Responsibilities

As a Freight Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex's freight services, connecting directly with customers via phone and in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and secure freight delivery
• Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to frequently lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety footwear, and high-visibility safety attire

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in freight cargo and warehouse activities, as well as writing/PC skills, are highly desirable.
