Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer transactions, including rentals, returns, and loyalty program interactions
• Process customer information, including data entry and verification
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and resolve customer issues
• Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
