Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional live chat support to customers through our website and social media channels
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to promote products and services through live chat and social media
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) is an asset

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device (phone, tablet, laptop) to access our systems
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer engagement and retention
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or marketing is an asset
