Responsibilities and Duties
As a chat brand representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and arenaflex products with customers
- Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, providing exceptional service and support
- Familiarity with the arenaflex site and any related media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
- In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, as well as similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Compensation and Perks
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy:
- Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards
- Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
- Remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet
Technology Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible)
- A stable internet connection
- Reliable sound output
