Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, changing reservations, and providing general information about American Airlines. You will also handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
