Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
