Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Gather and document customer feedback to improve our services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role within the tech industry

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Italian, and other languages)
