Key Responsibilities

As a Remote-Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • The ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations, providing a safe and supportive online environment for clients
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and live chat software to ensure seamless service delivery

  • A flexible schedule, with availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
