Sales Development Representative, Upmarket

Vanta is a company dedicated to helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate interest and drive revenue through outreach and account management, while providing training and mentorship for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Vanta through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
  • Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective book management
  • Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s value proposition and products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects
  • Master the use of tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense to identify and prioritize strategic accounts that support our move upmarket
  • Organize and implement a multi channel prospecting approach, maximizing your outreach efforts by developing and utilizing sequences in Outreach
  • Schedule meetings on account executives calendars and ensure all activities are accurately logged for tracking and follow up

Skills

  • At least 6 months of SDR/BDR experience
  • Experience prospecting into large companies (500+ employees)
  • Enthusiasm for Cold Calling
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to adapt and problem solve
  • Strategic mindset for managing accounts
  • Mastery of tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
  • Organizational skills for multichannel prospecting
