About the Program Manager:

This is an exciting new opportunity to represent eMoney an innovative company whose mission is to help people talk about money. eMoney is an award-winning company with a goal to ensure financial peace of mind for all. MarketStar has an opening for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a sales and account management program. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team but will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals.

Location: US Remote

What will you do?

• Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management

• Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies

• Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized

• Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices

• Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

· Degree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience

· 2-3 years experience in sales leadership or account management leadership

· Experience in the financial field preferred

· Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures

· Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Able to present concepts and ideas to various audiences

· Able to learn quickly and excel in a team environment
