Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll own the delivery and success of our most complex and high-impact client accounts. You’ll operate as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with strategic goals. This role is about mastering complexity, driving clarity, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end project management for our most complex accounts, ensuring seamless execution across all workstreams.
  • Manage client communications, expectations, timelines, scope, and deliverables with a high level of precision and professionalism.
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity, proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.
  • Audit, optimize, and refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across accounts.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (creative, growth, lifecycle) to ensure alignment and high-quality output.
  • Lead kickoff processes, project planning, and ongoing execution for high-priority initiatives.
  • Ensure all work meets internal standards and client expectations through strong QA and attention to detail.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving systems, processes, and ways of working through feedback loops and collaboration with your manager.(ClickUp, onboarding/offboarding, etc.).
  • Maintain a high billable workload while balancing strategic oversight of complex projects.
  • Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted, solutions-oriented partner.

Tools You’ll Use

ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite, Asana, Figma, and agency-specific systems. (Bonus if experienced with project QA tools, client communication platforms, or workflow automation.)

What We’re Looking For

  • 6-10+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or ecommerce agencies.
  • Strong background in process creation, system implementation, and client-facing delivery.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and delegation skills.
  • Agency experience managing multiple service lines is required.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to “fix and build” within a growing agency environment.
