- Manage and convert a high volume of internet leads (around 40 new leads daily) into new insurance clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on auto insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client service excellence.
- Previous experience working with State Farm insurance products and processes.
- Proven success in managing and converting internet-generated leads, particularly at high volume.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Average commission for sales team members is approximately $2,500 per month.
- Top-performing team members are earning as much as $5,000 or more per month.
