- Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives. Manage expense reports and travel reimbursements.
- Document Management: Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical files.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
- Project Support: Assist in tracking and following up on various projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as required to support executives and the broader team.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
