Sr Business Intelligence Analyst

Position: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, AvKARE, LLC, Reports to 615 N 1st St, Pulaski, TN 38478 but can telecommute from anywhere within the United States.

Duties: AvKARE, LLC seeks Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to be key strategic partner responsible for leveraging data to drive executive decision-making, optimize operational performance, and support long-term business growth. This role goes beyond data reporting to proactively influence enterprise strategy through predictive modeling, trend analysis, and strategic insight delivery. The Senior Analyst will serve as a thought leader in Business Intelligence across AvKARE, mentoring junior analysts and collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level dashboards and advanced reporting tools using Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms. Collaborate with executive leadership to define KPIs and metrics that drive visibility and accountability across functions. Conduct deep-dive analyses of sales, market, and operational data to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring data solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. Own and evolve the company’s BI infrastructure, including data warehouse architecture, data integration pipelines, and data governance protocols. Oversee and maintain data accuracy through regular validation and cleansing processes; enforce data quality standards and best practices. Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to anticipate market trends, product performance, and customer behavior. Mentor and coach junior BI team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Present complex findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and strategic manner, supporting executive decision-making. Lead the development and maintenance of BI documentation, training materials, and SOPs. Stay abreast of BI and data analytics innovations and recommend technology enhancements as appropriate. Reports to 615 N 1st St, Pulaski, TN 38478 but can telecommute from anywhere within the United States.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 4 years of progressive work experience in business intelligence, with a strong preference for experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industries. 4 years of work experience using Excel and Power BI. 4 years of work experience translating complex data into strategic insights and business recommendations. 4 years of work experience working directly with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders. 3 years of work experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles. 3 years of work experience in SQL. 2 years of work experience in communication, leadership, and written and oral presentations. 2 years of work experience managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
