Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases and computer systems. You'll be responsible for accurately and promptly inputting customer and account data from source documents, sorting information based on priority, and verifying accuracy. You'll also be responsible for correcting inaccuracies and deficiencies in data, detecting any incompatibilities, and researching to obtain missing information for incomplete documents.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately and promptly inputting customer and account data from source documents (text-based and numerical information)
* Sorting information based on priority and verifying accuracy
* Correcting inaccuracies and deficiencies in data and detecting any incompatibilities
* Researching to obtain missing information for incomplete documents
* Utilizing appropriate data program techniques and procedures
* Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
* Maintaining the confidentiality of all processed information
* Responding to inquiries and providing access to relevant files as needed
* Adhering to data integrity and security policies
* Ensuring proper use of office equipment and promptly resolving any malfunctions
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
