About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing analytical insights and expertise to our Human Resources (HR) Department and business initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements. You'll work closely with our People Analytics team to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceive and develop analytical models to drive business insights and recommendations

• Define and track key performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives
• Develop forecasting models to inform business decisions and strategy
• Integrate and manage large data sets to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Complete related tasks and projects as assigned by the People Analytics team

What You'll Need for Success:

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics) + 3 years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Advanced degree or Master's degree in Business Administration + Experience with data visualization tools and techniques + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
