Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including benefits, qualifications, and additional services
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with us
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve our services
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to our customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and federal health insurance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
