Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular calls with existing clients to assess their experience and address any concerns
• Identifying and resolving issues promptly, either independently or by escalating to relevant teams for technical matters (e.g., website updates, CRM adjustments, ad updates)
• Scheduling and conducting weekly Zoom calls with clients to provide support and guidance
• Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and offering coaching on sales strategies
• Staying informed about real estate trends and social media advertising best practices
• Ensuring clients are utilizing the CRM system effectively and assisting with any related queries
• Maintaining a professional demeanor during on-camera interactions, mirroring the standards of real estate professionals

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong spoken communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Understanding of social media marketing, particularly on Facebook and Instagram
• Familiarity with CRM systems and an ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Knowledge of real estate trends and sales coaching is a plus
• Comfortable with remote work and regular on-camera interactions

Work Schedule

This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. As a remote worker, you'll need to provide your own computer, reliable wifi connection, and phone.

Compensation

You'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and company needs.
