What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) Remote, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
  • Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address patient needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the patient
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
