About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins, as well as cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact. You will also be responsible for onboarding existing clients' locations information, documenting all stakeholder interactions into our CRM, and working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Close clients in the new market as assigned

  • Develop and execute stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
  • Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
  • Onboard existing clients' locations information
  • Document all stakeholder interactions into CRM
  • Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
  • Be responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships
  • Play a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients
  • Ensure recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
  • Network actively to expand presence in the market

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

  • Strong analytical and competitive skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Coachable and open to changes as we are constantly improving our processes
