Core Responsibilities

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound service calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Driving customer satisfaction through voice and email communications
  • Navigating through multiple systems to resolve customer queries
  • Ongoing training and skill development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Assisting customers with potential fraudulent activity on their credit and/or debit card accounts
  • Ensuring proper security procedures are followed on all calls
  • Prioritizing customer retention and offering additional cross-sales products to customers when applicable

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • A passion for advancing your career with a reliable company
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
