Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding Amazon orders, products, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Navigating and utilizing various tools and systems to provide accurate information and support, including Amazon's policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
