Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and promotions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously

  • Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools
