Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our busy back office team as a Full Stack Data Entry and Back Office Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

* Data Management: Accurately and efficiently manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Project Processing: Assist with the processing of projects, including data entry, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
  • Finances: Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and budgeting.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the front office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, computer science).

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry and back office management.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data analysis and market research.

  • Knowledge of data management software and systems.
