Job Summary

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital support role in our office, working closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. You'll also process mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads, all while demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
