Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Customer Service team, working remotely from Baton Rouge, USA. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining global customer service dashboards and reports, analyzing large datasets, and providing expert-level support to our seller partners. Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and seller partners using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau
- Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
- Extract, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data
- Provide level one support to seller partners and internal stakeholders, addressing data-related queries and issues
- Teach and train clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and present regular executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive business decisions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proven ability to design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for business improvement
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Project management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field or related experience
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related field
