Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Verifying data for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections as needed to maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborating remotely with other departments to gather, clarify, or validate data, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Generating and distributing reports, summaries, or data exports for internal use, providing valuable insights and supporting business decisions.
• Maintaining electronic records in compliance with data security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Monitoring workflows to ensure all tasks are completed promptly, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• High typing speed with strong accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred), with the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data management tools, with experience in using CRMs or similar database systems a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently remotely with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Requirements

While a high school diploma or GED is required, an Associate degree or higher in a related field (such as business administration, computer science, or information technology) is preferred.
