[Remote] Product Manager - Music Expression

Spotify is the world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service, and they are seeking an early-career product manager to join their dynamic product team. The role focuses on supporting delivery across key initiatives that enhance artist engagement and user experiences, particularly in the music-centric video space.

Responsibilities

• Step into the music context space and support delivery across key initiatives like Song DNA, About the Song, Countdown Pages, and New Music Submission
• Drive execution on an existing roadmap, helping the team deliver high-quality work on time
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to bring new artist experiences to life
• Navigate changing priorities and adapt plans as new insights or business needs emerge
• Contribute to shaping product direction over time as you grow into greater ownership
• Build a strong understanding of artist and fan needs to inform product decisions
• Transition into the video product area as it scales, taking on more strategic ownership and leading a dedicated squad

Skills

• You have experience working on digital products, in a product management role
• You know how to drive execution and keep teams aligned on goals and timelines
• You are comfortable working with evolving priorities and can adapt quickly to change
• You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, and business teams
• You care about building great user experiences for artists and fans
• You have an interest in music, storytelling, or creator platforms
• You bring experience from consumer products, video platforms, or high-scale environments serving large user bases
• You understand, or are curious about, areas like music rights, licensing, or the broader music ecosystem
