Responsibilities
- Craft thoughtful, professional responses to resident reviews posted on major multifamily platforms such as ApartmentRatings, Apartments.com, Google, Yelp, and Facebook
- Maintain a professional, empathetic tone in responses to customer feedback
- Meet 24-business-hour turnaround deadlines for responses

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to write professional, empathetic responses to customer feedback
- Reliability and consistent availability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn the multifamily review space (training provided)
