[Remote] Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists

The role involves processing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, generating client invoices, and collaborating on financial matters within a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices promptly and accurately, matching them with approvals and supporting documentation
- Schedule and process payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
- Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner while monitoring incoming payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams on billing and financial matters, maintaining accurate financial records and reports
Skills
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior remote work experience
