We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Measurement & Analytics team for a global fintech client. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and analytical problem-solving, along with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys quantifying marketing impact, uncovering customer insights, and shaping data backed marketing strategies across marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

•    Analyze marketing and customer data to quantify the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue and business outcomes. •    Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic insights to solve critical business problems.  •    Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports using Tableau. •    Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets. •    Deliver insights that help optimize marketing strategies across channels, including spend allocation, targeting, and campaign effectiveness. •    Conduct customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and lifecycle performance assessments. •    Partner with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. •    Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve marketing ROI and drive strategic decision-making. •    Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and quality checks. •    Stay current with industry trends in marketing analytics, attribution, and measurement methodologies.  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications     Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics). •    4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or related fields. •    Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. •    Hands on experience with Tableau for visualization and reporting. •    Solid understanding of marketing measurement concepts, attribution, and performance analytics. Preferably in B2B marketing space. •    Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives. •    Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders and influencing decisions. •    Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. •    Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications •    Experience working with fintech, financial services, or digital first consumer businesses. •    Familiarity with marketing attribution models, MMM, or experimentation frameworks. •    Exposure to additional BI or data visualization tools. •    Understanding of predictive modeling or statistical analysis techniques.
