Job title: Adjunct Pool, Teacher Education Company: The Collaborative for Higher Education Shared Services Job description: Compensation: Based on Qualifications Compensation Type: Employee Employment Type: Salary Scheduled Weekly Hours: 2.25 Grade: Department: Instruction Position Summary Teaches education courses and performs instructional duties in diverse learning environments. Adjunct faculty is expected that faculty maintain current professional standards and practices, as well as attend committee/department meetings, and support the mission of SFCC and the School of Business and Education. Must be committed to serving a diverse college community. Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications:

• Master?s degree.
• Five years licensed teaching experience at the P-12 level.
• Experience in curriculum development, student advising, and teaching in multicultural settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master?s degree in an Education field.
• Recent teaching experience at a community college or in adult education; and experience in teacher mentoring.
• Online teaching experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• A strong record of continuing professional development is desirable.
